01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Booking your wedding photography or videography with us is simple! Just head over to our Contact page and fill out the inquiry form with your wedding details. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and chat about your plans. Once you're happy to go ahead, a signed contract and a booking fee will secure your date in our calendar. We can't wait to hear all about your special day!
02. How far do you travel?
We regularly cover weddings across the UK and beyond. The first 50 miles from our base in Essex are included at no extra charge. For anything beyond that, a small mileage fee of 40p per mile applies.
For weddings outside of Essex, we may arrange overnight accommodation nearby to ensure we arrive on time and ready to capture your day—no matter the traffic. We kindly ask for a £50 accommodation fee, and we’ll cover any costs beyond that.
Planning a wedding abroad? We’d love to be part of it! Just get in touch so we can chat about travel arrangements and tailor a package to suit your destination.
To secure your date, a £300 non-refundable booking fee is required, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your big day.
03. What is your approach to a wedding day?
Our approach to wedding photography (and videography!) is relaxed, unobtrusive, and couple-focused. We’re all about keeping things stress-free, coordinating with your venue and other suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly—so you can truly enjoy your special day.
We’re led by you. If you’ve had enough photos or want to enjoy time with your guests, we’ll follow your lead—no pressure, ever. After the ceremony (venue timing permitting), we like to give you a moment to mingle and soak up the joy before organising confetti shots and any group photos you'd like.
Later, we’ll take a gentle walk with just the two of you for your couple portraits—often one of our couples’ favourite parts of the day. It’s a quiet moment to breathe, connect, and enjoy the first few minutes of being newlyweds while we capture beautiful, natural images.
