01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Booking your wedding photography or videography with us is simple! Just head over to our Contact page and fill out the inquiry form with your wedding details. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and chat about your plans. Once you're happy to go ahead, a signed contract and a booking fee will secure your date in our calendar. We can't wait to hear all about your special day!
02. How far do you travel?
We regularly cover weddings across Essex and throughout the UK, and in most cases, there is no additional travel charge.
For weddings further from home, we’re also happy to stay overnight close to your venue the night before, free of charge, helping us arrive relaxed, prepared and ready to capture your day without worrying about long journeys or unexpected traffic.
For venues located more than 60 miles from our Essex base, a small additional travel fee may occasionally apply depending on the location. Please ask when enquiring and we’ll confirm everything for you upfront.
Planning a destination wedding abroad? We’d absolutely love to hear from you! Get in touch and we can chat through your plans, travel arrangements and create a package to suit your destination.
To secure your wedding date, a £300 non-refundable booking fee is required, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your wedding day**.
03. What is your approach to a wedding day?
Our approach to wedding photography (and videography!) is relaxed, unobtrusive, and couple-focused. We’re all about keeping things stress-free, coordinating with your venue and other suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can truly enjoy your special day.
We’re led by you. If you’ve had enough photos or want to enjoy time with your guests, we’ll follow your lead no pressure, ever. After the ceremony (venue timing permitting), we like to give you a moment to mingle and soak up the joy before organising confetti shots and any group photos you'd like.
Later, we’ll take a gentle walk with just the two of you for your couple portraits often one of our couples’ favourite parts of the day. It’s a quiet moment to breathe, connect, and enjoy the first few minutes of being newlyweds while we capture beautiful, natural images.
